Title : Tele-Caller ( US Shift )

Years of Experience : 2 to 4 Years ( in Sales Tele-Calling )

Location: Noida ( candidates for Delhi/NCR preferred )

Notice Period: Immediate or 15 days Max

Education : Any Graduate / Post Graduate

Work Timings : US Shift ( 06:00 PM – 03:00 AM )

Expected CTC: 4.5 – 6 LPA (Flexible) + Superb Incentives.

Job Description :

Company is searching for an engaged Tele-Caller to boost sales by reaching out to current and possible clients. To this end, the Tele-Caller will be required to obtain lists of leads data and maintain a database for leads. One should also be capable of making notes spontaneous or using call recordings.The notes must contain data that is relevant for follow up as well as data which can act as feedback for better organizing tele-calling.

Tele-Caller Responsibilities:
•Studying the details of each offering and remaining abreast of updates to these offerings.
•Obtaining and updating lists of leads.
•Maintain a database for leads.
•Calling active and budding leads to encourage the purchase of services.
•Addressing clients' uncertainties, grievances, and suggestions on time.
•Answer questions about company’s services/products.
•Ability to ask relevant questions to lead to confirm lead qualification.
•Noting important details of each conversation.
•Arrange follow up call among leads and senior sales team.
•Good knowledge of relevant computer programs like CRMs and telephone systems.
•Usage of CRM for activities like tracking leads, managing follow ups, inserting call recordings, adding relevant data from calls for each lead.
•Recording all successful and unsuccessful attempts to close sales.
•Attending regular team meetings to clarify progress and performance-related expectations.
•Sync up with Marketing team for common understanding of leads status.

Requirements:
•No. of positions: 2.
•Experience: 2 – 4 Years (in Sales Tele-Calling).
•Expected CTC: 4.5 – 6 LPA (Flexible) + Superb Incentives.
•Qualification: Graduation.
•Preferred location is Delhi – NCR.
•Working in night shift, i.e. 06:00 PM – 03:00 AM.
•Experience in IT Services Sales is must.
•Experience in North America is primarily preferred.
•Explicit knowledge and experience of BANT Analysis.
•Process oriented.
•Computer literate.
•Exposure to diverse viewpoints, cultural norms, and experiences.
•Superb communication skills.
•Ability to switch your communication style on a whim.
•Superb interpersonal, research, and record-keeping skills.
•Capacity to receive critique without internalizing it.
